I help you transform from internally exhausted to externally radiant by decoding you body's messages with ancient herbal medicine and modern science.

I’m a Naturopath and Clinical Herbalist offering treatments online and in-person.

 

I help our community understand fatigue causes, reduce anxiety naturally, lower cortisol levels, relieve digestive issues & gut bacteria, balance hormones, calm skin conditions, and sleep deeper than ever.

 

Each session is personalized, blending tools like Functional Nutrition, Herbal Medicine, Supplements, MBSR. In person, we also include Reflexology, Chinese Cupping, and Energy Work.

Sink into deep rest with hands-on healing in a peaceful Koh Phangan setting. These sessions blend reflexology, touch therapy, and emotional support to nourish your whole system.

How Our Sessions Work

Mapping Your Mind - Body

In our first session, we take time to deeply understand you—mind, body, and lifestyle. I’ll ask about eating habits, sleep, stress, and physical symptoms. This helps us get to the root cause and uncover any secondary imbalances that may be affecting your well-being.

Balance & Regulate

From there, we’ll create a Personalized Holistic Health Plan. We’ll review it together in your second session. This plan may include recommendations like nutrition changes, vitamins, supplements, herbal remedies, and lifestyle shifts— all tailored to your goals and needs.

Radiate

Healing is a process. We stay connected, track your progress, and make adjustments— always mindfully, so your healing path feels doable and aligned with your life.

Each session has a Focus Point to help you move beyond just good - into your full strength, radiance and peace.
